Your activities will include:
- Identify regression scenarios from functional test cases and automate them using defined frameworks and data strategies.
- Design, code, and maintain automated scripts, functions, and libraries to streamline testing processes and reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate with development and database teams to troubleshoot complex technical or end-user scenarios.
- Generate suitable test data to validate critical requirements and business rules, exposing regressive defects.
- Test REST APIs with JSON/XML data using tools such as Swagger, Postman, and/or SoapUI.
- Plan, drive, and develop automation frameworks while building smoke and regression suites.
- Utilize exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to prepare release notes and end-user documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably C#.
- Recent experience of testing AI systems and services
- Experience with CI tools such as Azure DevOps, Gitlab, or Github.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies, with demonstrable experience in Agile environments.
- Strong experience with IT application testing.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally have London Market / Delegated Authority knowledge
