The Role
We’re looking for a QA Engineering Lead to own and drive our quality strategy across products and releases. In this role, you’ll define testing standards, lead QA execution, and partner closely with Engineering and Product to ensure high-quality, scalable releases. This position sits on the Quality Assurance Engineering Team, a team that establishes quality best practices, enables reliable delivery, and champions a culture of quality across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader, a strong communicator, and a strategic thinker who balances speed with quality.

What You'll Do
- Own and execute the overall QA strategy, including manual and automated testing initiatives
- Lead release testing efforts and ensure quality gates are met prior to production launches
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define acceptance criteria and test plans
- Identify risks early in the development lifecycle and proactively drive mitigation strategies
- Analyze defects and trends to improve product quality and processes
- Mentor and support QA engineers, setting standards and promoting best practices
- Advocate for quality across the organization and continuously improve QA workflows
- Collect & analyze quality and delivery metrics
Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with leadership or ownership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Eager to take initiative and drive improvements without heavy oversight
