The Opportunity
ISMG is seeking an experienced tester and Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team of innovators, dedicated to raising the bar on user experiences across our digital products and platforms. This role is not just about testing—it’s about owning the quality strategy that underpins everything we deliver.
As QA Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Design teams to ensure we deliver reliable, secure, and seamless solutions that our global audiences depend on. You’ll work on diverse projects leading functional, regression, performance, and security testing while expanding our automation coverage to accelerate development cycles.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute manual and automated tests for web, mobile, and REST API applications.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or Cypress.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Assess release readiness, ensuring on-time delivery with the highest standards of quality.
- Partner closely with Development, Product, Operations, and Design teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and propose long-term solutions.
- Log and manage defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of test plans, test results, and defect reports.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- 3-5+ years of professional QA experience in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA best practices.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API applications.
- Proficiency with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, or TestRail.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
Preferred:
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Working knowledge of markup/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
