Primary Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end QA strategy across functional, regression, performance, automation, data, and AI/ML testing
• Lead and mentor QA engineers across multiple projects and release trains
• Design and enforce test frameworks and best practices for:
  • API testing
  • UI automation
  • Data validation
  • Performance testing
  • LLM/AI validation
• Establish quality gates, CI/CD test integration, defect metrics, and release sign-off criteria
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Business teams to ensure early quality involvement
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations (HIPAA, PHI handling, data privacy)
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled testing tools for efficiency, coverage, and speed
• Review and approve test plans, automation strategy, performance benchmarks, and test reports
• Manage vendor/partner QA teams when required

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Engineering
