Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: Proficiency in Selenium preferred with minimum 4 years of experience. As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, creating automation strategies, and developing automated scripts. You will also support data and environment configuration, participate in code reviews, and monitor and report defects to facilitate continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the quality of applications meets the highest standards throughout their lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain robust UI automation (e.g., Selenium) and REST API automation scripts. - Design adaptable test cases tailored for AI/Gen-AI applications, considering dynamic and probabilistic outputs. - Apply basic Gen-AI knowledge to validate AI functionality effectively. - Ensure complete and detailed test plans, test cases (negative/positive/edge cases), and documentation for AI workflows. - Conducting frequent testing demos (app walkthrough/ test automation etc.) - Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders for feedback, clarifications, and sign-offs. - Contribute to, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and integrate tests into automated workflows. - Understand application architecture, including cloud deployments, clustered environments, and how they impact testing strategies. - Innovate and suggest out-of-the-box testing approaches suited for Gen-AI and modern AI stacks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium preferred with minimum 4 years of experience. - Good to have - Automated Testing, Functional Test Planning and API testing (Insomnia/Postman, RestAssured etc). - Fundamental understanding of Gen-AI concepts. Knowledge of cloud AI services like AWS Bedrock will be an added advantage. - Familiarity with application architecture, cloud deployments, and test automation in CI/CD pipelines. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. - Ability to function independently and drive quality across fast-moving AI development cycles. Additional Information: - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
