Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Good to have skills : Cloud Quality Engineering Strategy

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to plan and integrate various components of the software ecosystem, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining high standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role includes continuous testing activities focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. Additionally, the day is spent developing and implementing automation strategies, creating automated test scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. Active participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements in the testing process, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and documentation to support testing activities.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
- Good To Have Skills: Cloud Quality Engineering Strategy.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies including functional, regression, and security testing.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration management to support testing activities.
- Ability to analyze defects and participate in root cause analysis to drive quality improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
