Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve providing technical leadership and strategic direction in quality engineering, ensuring that the testing processes are efficient and effective while collaborating with various teams to enhance overall quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing strategies and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to design and implement test strategies that align with business objectives. - Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
