Job Summary: We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Q uantexaTechnology and at least 2 years in a tech lead position. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts to design and develop solutions, lead junior developers, and ensure the successful planning, allocation, and delivery of work. Experience in AML or Banking/Finance is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts to design and develop effective solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, overseeing the planning, allocation, and delivery of their work.
- Utilize expertise in Quantexa Technology to drive project success.
- Ensure solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Quantexa Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience in a tech lead position.
- Proven experience in AML or Banking/Finance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
