The Marketplaces Project Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing product listings and content on Amazon, supporting brand store setup, and generating sales and performance reports to aid brand managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and process across key marketplaces including Walmart, Target, eBay, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Amazon CA , NARF, Nordstrom, BestBuy
Create and review the Full Master files, Partial Master files, and variation listings for Walmart, Target, eBay, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Amazon CA , NARF, Nordstrom, BestBuy to ensure listing accuracy and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve listing, variation, image, and unpublished SKU issues on Walmart, Target, eBay, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Amazon CA , NARF, Nordstrom, BestBuy
Content optimization across Marketplaces including Walmart, Target, eBay.
Execute price updates, promotions, and product Enlisting processes on Target, Walmart, eBay.
Monitor and address shipping overdue orders for Walmart, Target, eBay, Macy’s, and Kohl’s.
Create SKU eligibility reports for NARF program.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain up-to-date documentation and support process improvements marketplaces including Walmart, Target, eBay, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Amazon CA , NARF, Nordstrom, BestBuy.
Qualifications
6 months to 3 years of experience in eCommerce, specifically with Amazon Seller Central.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication skills and a good command of English.
Ability to multitask, act proactively, and maintain high attention to detail.
Experience in agile, fast-paced environments; Photoshop skills are a plus.
Physical Demands
Manual Dexterity: Typing or otherwise working primarily with hands or fingers in an office environment.
Sedentary work: Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects, including computers, papers, and other general office equipment.
Seeing: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.

Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, by phone or in person.
