Job Summary & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute India-specific business plans, identify market opportunities, and accelerate growth above market rates.
- Own the P&L, manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability.
- Oversee all local operations (production, supply chain, sales, etc.), driving efficiency and quality.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of performance and inclusion.
- Cultivate strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, customers, and partners.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, local laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Understand local market dynamics, adapt strategies, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
