We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the main point of contact for candidates.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review open positions and discuss candidate profiles.

Job Posting and Advertisement:

  • Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.
  • Develop creative recruitment advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Interviewing and Evaluation:

  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of in-house or consulting recruitment experience in supporting diverse business needs
  • Experienced in hiring data analytics-related roles such as - Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, BI Developer, Data Engineer, and Cloud platform roles
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline including passive candidates using custom outreaches and meaningful candidate engagement
  • Extensively use tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, etc. to develop a robust pipeline of candidates.
  • Able to adapt effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
  • Experience in maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS
  • Must have prior experience in US hiring
  • Ability to collaborate with a remote team and work across different time zones.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
