What You'll DoAs a Recruiter, you'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for both our Investment Real Estate Agent positions across multiple markets.
Talent Acquisition- Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, social media, and additional recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates.
- Review applications and identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within Lever ATS.
- Provide our Onboarding Specialist and hiring managers with recruiting updates and hiring recommendations.
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates based on experience, motivation, and alignment with the role.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Guide candidates through every stage of the interview process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, or another customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable conducting phone and virtual interviews.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever or similar).
- Recruiting experience within sales, staffing, real estate, or commission-driven organizations.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and real estate licensing process is a plus but not required.
