The Recruiter is responsible for screening and rescreening panelists according to the correct specifications through telephone conversation. They are also responsible in ensuring that the panelists have a clear understanding of the research project specifics, including the correct date/ time, methodology, length of interview, their commitment, and compensation.
• Make outbound calls to conduct structured surveys
• Record participant responses into our platform
• Understanding various types of methodologies SAGO handles
• Reviewing and having a general understanding of the overall screener and research objective.
• Properly pronounce and have at least some awareness of the products, medications, conditions or topics being discussed in the screener.
• Monitoring study quotas • Interact, correspond, and maintain effective communication with team members
• Follow up on initial contacts; detail oriented
• Ability to manage time/flexibility/organized
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
• 0-6 months customer service, administration or call center experience preferred
• Immediate Joiners preferred
Computer Skills:
• Microsoft Office/Computer Literate
