Lead Recruitment / Client Relationship Manager
- Must have worked in a recruitment firm environment on revenue-based targets.
- Compensation is in the range of 3L-5L per annum, including variable
- Work Expectations - Generate a Gross Margin of 25 Lacs per annum from existing clients
- Must have worked in a recruitment firm / Executive Search / RPO environment
Job Description :
- The role will involve Client and Hiring Manager engagement
- Final Screening candidate interview
- Hiring Manager calls to get a clear and deep understanding
- Flexibility to work with multiple industries
- Social Media sourcing for senior mandates
- Creatively attract passive candidates
- Create process templates for sourcing and Screening
- Request feedback from the client
- Client Relationship Management
- Frequently visit clients to understand them inside out
- Must have the ability to close Finance and Sales mandates
- Must have the ability to work with Mid- Senior candidates
- Non-IT hiring expertise is a must
- Could have a team of sourcers and screeners to report into
- Should be okay to work in a target-oriented, performance-driven environment

Requirements
Qualification required:
Graduate / Post Graduate
Candidate Attributes :
- 3-6 years of experience in recruiting or a similar HR role as End-to-End Recruiter/Client Relationship Manager with a minimum of 2 years of stability in each job.
- Have been responsible for Revenue generation
- Entire years of experience in consulting
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
- Skills -Non-IT Recruitment, Client Management, Excellent Communication Skills, Negotiator Etc
