We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts across Malaysia. Responsibilities- Collaborate with Country Directors to shape and improve the regional commercial plan to oversee the growth and management of all marketing/branding efforts in Malaysia region
- Architect and refine comprehensive briefs for events and campaigns, aiming to enhance upper funnel dynamics, acquisition rates, and CRM engagement for both retail and partner networks, while also launching regional initiatives that align with our commercial aspirations and amplify brand visibility
- Actively engage with the Marketing Team to solve business problems and provide strategic advice
- Initiate and interpret market research and competitive analyses within the Malaysia region, translating insights into groundbreaking campaign strategies
- Ensure seamless collaboration with the compliance team to find new marketing prospects while meeting regulatory standards
- Diligently monitor and report on key performance indicators, extracting actionable insights and pinpointing avenues for enhancement
- Play a key role in post-campaign evaluations and strategic recalibrations
- Oversee regional marketing spend, ensuring it is in line with our strategic objectives
- Act as a key marketing bridge and advocate in regional forums, fostering strong cross-functional relationships
- Develop and synchronize quarterly and annual campaign programs in coordination with the marketing planning department, ensuring consistency of the global campaign narrative
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar Marketing role
- Experience working with the Malaysian region, with experience from either Broker/Financial Services/FinTech/Gaming/Insurance
- An all-rounder in marketing experience covering branding, digital, social media, PR, performance campaigns, and lead generation
- Experience in building GTM country strategies
- Proven experience working with Web and App analytics tools
- Experience with paid traffic sources (Google/Meta and others) and SEO optimization
Will be a plus
- Prior exposure to the Fintech or iGaming sectors
- Familiarity with analytical tools like Tableau and PowerBi
