Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales growth through structured customer engagement, opportunity management, and timely deal closure.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for OEMs, Tier‑1s, and key customers, review performance and growth potential regularly.

  • Build strong, multi‑level relationships across engineering, procurement, quality, and leadership functions.

  • Position Klüber’s value proposition using technical expertise, application knowledge, benchmarking data, and ROI‑based selling.

  • Leverage Klüber’s test rigs, OEM approvals, and application capabilities to deliver differentiated product and service solutions.

  • Lead commercial negotiations within approved pricing and margin frameworks, managing risks and ensuring compliance.

  • Maintain high‑quality CRM pipeline discipline to support forecasting, reporting, and sales governance.

  • Support and develop channel partners by improving pipeline quality, technical capability, and adherence to territory and pricing norms.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and OEM developments; identify opportunities for new approvals and aftermarket growth.

  • Identify new product or application opportunities, support trials, and provide structured market and competitor intelligence.

  • Ensure effective order‑to‑cash execution, issue resolution, and high standards of customer service.

Qualifications:

Qualification & Experience

  • Engineering degree with a full‑time MBA.

  • Minimum 15 years of B2B technical/industrial sales experience, preferably in Automotive.

  • Proven experience managing OEMs, Tier‑1 customers, and channel partners in South India (TN, KA, AP, TG, KL).

  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and value‑based selling expertise.

  • Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
