As an Associate in the Regulatory Operations Center of Excellence, you will serve private clients worldwide, with offices located in the US, Europe, and Asia. This team is part of the Asset & Wealth Management Line of Business and collaborates closely with clients and onshore partners to address diverse reporting needs for clients and regulators across various frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually). Additionally, the team delivers automation solutions using various Intelligent Automation (IA) tools and provides ad-hoc support for various data requirements from the business.
Job responsibilities:
- Possess experience in Regulatory/Management Information Reporting.
- Ensure all process and supporting documents (SOPs, FSLAs, Service Requests, IAS charters) are kept up-to-date and adhered to.
- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, facilitating decision-making by providing the right level of information and escalating issues in a timely manner when necessary.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to efficiently meet business deliverables.
- Drive change management projects and new reporting requirements independently.
- Provide ad-hoc data support upon request by the business.
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all queries.
- Engage in continuous learning and upskilling to effectively contribute to business deliveries.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services, with exposure or involvement in one or more of the following areas: Private Banking, Reporting, Intelligent Automation, or Process Improvement.
- Possess strong experience with Microsoft products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Have working knowledge of various Intelligent Automation tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, and Signavio.
- Exhibit strong data analytical skills.
- Possess background in financial services or business consultancy.
- Demonstrate a track record of setting and achieving challenging goals.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited, high-quality institution.
