The Job:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst with strong Alteryx expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and optimize organizational performance. Your proficiency in Alteryx workflow development, data analysis, and visualization will be central to delivering impactful reporting and insights.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources using Alteryx and other BI tools.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Ensure that complex data is presented clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define targets, establish benchmarks, and create performance reports using Alteryx workflows.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data through Alteryx-based ETL processes, validation, and cleansing.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in large datasets to maintain high-quality outputs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate data into actionable insights.
- Leverage Alteryx automation and workflow optimization to streamline reporting and analysis.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar analytical role, with a strong focus on Alteryx workflow development, data analysis, and visualization.
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx is required; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work with complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- US company experience preferred.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and a sense of urgency; understands the impact of maintaining clean, accurate data workflows.
- Able to collaborate effectively, while also driving timelines and projects independently.
