Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr Manager t to lead our E-commerce Sales, Education, and Community Programs. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing certification programs, managing multiple e-commerce stores to support personal branding and courses for kids, overseeing a team, and achieving key performance results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team and be responsible
- Business Plan and achieve goals per timeline
- Great project management and accountability and provide dashboard updates to the management
- Design and launch Kids Entrepreneurship and Marketing Automation certification programs.
- Manage multiple e-commerce stores to support personal branding and courses for kids.
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions and companies.
- Develop and publish educational content and conduct workshops/webinars.
- Increase community membership and engagement through events and activities.
- Achieve sales and revenue goals for certification programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, managing multiple online stores, education program development, and community management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Technically Savy
- LMS, ecoomerce experience is a MUST
- Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving key performance indicators.
