The Role

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive based in India, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth in the region. You will lead outreach efforts, build trusted relationships, and close deals with enterprises, educational institutions, and language training partners. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role—perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, excels at consultative selling, and is excited to bring cutting-edge language solutions to market.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Develop and manage a targeted prospect list and build pipeline rapidly through outbound outreach and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Contact potential clients through first-time calls and emails to initiate discovery conversations.
  • Conduct market and persona research to identify opportunities in high-potential verticals.

🔹 Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Execute IMMERSE’s commercial strategy to open or expand key accounts in India and the broader APAC region.
  • Present IMMERSE’s products and services via virtual meetings, phone calls, and occasional in-person engagements.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and needs analyses to tailor solutions to each client’s learning goals and business outcomes.

🔹 Pipeline Management & Deal Closing

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage them through the full sales cycle.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork to close deals, including proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoff and implementation post-sale.

🔹 Client Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, influencers, and decision-makers.
  • Stay up-to-date on IMMERSE’s latest offerings, pricing models, and training solutions to effectively educate prospects.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership and the International Sales team to identify and pursue global opportunities for domestic clients.

Who You Are

✅ 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise training solutions.

✅ Proven ability to generate pipeline and close six-figure deals with enterprise clients.

✅ Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client needs and tailor solutions.

✅ Experience working remotely and managing your own book of business independently.

✅ Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM) for pipeline tracking and sales reporting.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

✅ Strategic thinker with the agility to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

✅ Passionate about education, innovation, and global communication.

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.

✅ Global mindset with experience executing omnichannel campaigns across various regions and languages.

✅ Experience collaborating with Sales & Product teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
