Processes and fulfills transactional, batch, and self-service data requests within service-level agreements. Validates inputs, system setups, data extraction, cleansing, outputs, and reports using Ab Initio on UNIX. Coordinates with customer engagement and sales teams, resolves data concerns and complaints, ensures quality and turnaround targets, follows documented procedures, and identifies process improvements. The role requires SQL and Python expertise, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work US shifts.

Lead the design, development, testing, documentation, and support of scalable cloud-native microservices and micro-frontends using .NET, C#, Vue.js, TypeScript, and AWS/GCP. Participate in Agile planning, code reviews, automation, stakeholder demonstrations, training, and production support. Serve as a cloud architecture subject matter expert, promote security best practices, provide architectural guidance, and mentor associate developers.

Leads the design and delivery of automated QA frameworks, data quality checks, regression testing, and operational excellence capabilities for the OneTru platform and US market products. Builds scalable business-rule validation across datasets, integrates services and APIs, provides technical leadership, partners on architecture and requirements, and documents production workflows. Applies cloud technology, AI/ML, and automation to support reliable data processing and customer data expectations.
