We have an exciting opening for the position of *Junior Business Development Manager (BDM)* with a reputed organization.
*Location:* Santacruz
*Experience:* 5–6 Years
*Salary:* ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel segment
• Generate leads and acquire new B2B clients (builders, contractors, manufacturers)
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Handle client requirements, prepare quotations, and close deals
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
*Required Skills:*
• Strong experience in B2B/industrial sales
• Preferred background in steel/metal/construction industry
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
