We are looking for a GTM/RevOps Analytics Engineer to bridge the gap between technical data architecture and business insights. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, you will be a key player in defining how we measure success and automate the journey from lead to revenue.
What You’ll Do:- Architect SQL-based data transformations from multiple GTM sources to ensure a single, clean version of truth for the entire organization.
- Design and maintain Looker/LookML dashboards to provide sales and GTM leadership with real-time visibility into pipeline health and revenue trends. Proven ability to translate raw sales activity into clean, actionable revenue data
- Engineer automated GTM reporting workflows in order to eliminate manual data pulls and allow business teams to focus on strategy over spreadsheets.
- Partner with RevOps, Analytics, and Finance to define core business metrics and ensure data consistency across the customer lifecycle.
- Optimize Salesforce data structures (Accounts, Opportunities, and Revenue) to improve the accuracy of our forecasting and performance tracking.
- Develop scripts and AI-based workflows over time to automate routine GTM tasks and enhance our operational velocity.
- Translate complex data findings into plain language for stakeholders to ensure every department understands the "why" behind the numbers.
- Technical Breadth: A professional understanding of advanced SQL for complex data modeling, hands-on experience with Looker/LookML, and a deep comfort navigating Salesforce GTM data structures.
- The "Human" Element: You are a structured thinker who enjoys simplifying complex problems and can build high-trust relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Coding & Automation: Experience with Python or using APIs to build scripts that make manual processes disappear.
- Growth Mindset: A desire to move beyond "what" happened to "why" it happened, with an appetite for constant feedback and a "leave it better than you found it" attitude.
This role supports EST and PST time zones, and the candidate should be comfortable working a night‑shift schedule
- We innovate with purpose. You’ll be a part of a cutting-edge technology company with an upward trajectory, who are proud to simplify cloud and AI so builders can spend more time creating software that changes the world.
