We have a hybrid work culture. 3 days a week working from the Hyderabad office during core working hours and 2 days working from home.
Summary of Role: The Revenue Operations Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce and related revenue systems to support our GTM & post-sales teams. This role will serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce and GTM tool issues, troubleshooting user questions and escalating technical problems as needed. This role ensures data integrity, process efficiency, and seamless system integration across the revenue tech stack.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Salesforce/GTM tool administration, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They’re detail-oriented, proactive in identifying improvements, and comfortable translating business needs into efficient technical solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
GTM Systems Administration
- Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user territories, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management.
- Manage administration of connected GTM tools (e.g., Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LeanData) to ensure seamless integration and data flow with Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and manage enhancements or bug fixes.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to monitor key business KPIs.
- Partner with the Senior Manager, RevOps to ensure accurate data capture and system hygiene across leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts.
- Support system enhancements, testing, and documentation for Salesforce changes or new reporting features.
Data Integrity & Governance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent metrics and definitions.
- Maintain data hygiene standards and perform regular audits to ensure CRM accuracy and completeness.
Reporting & Analytics Support
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards while monitoring CRM operational health to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and actionable insights for revenue teams.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Work independently to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role within a revenue operations or sales operations function.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required, additional Salesforce certifications a plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, Lightning components).
- Experience with system integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LeanData, or similar).
- Solid understanding of CRM data structures and best practices for data management and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, data migration tools, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with datasets.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction.
