As part of a multiyear transformation journey to support our bold ambition for 2030, MDLZ is undertaking 2 major programs of embracing a new state of the art planning system O9 solutions as well as moving towards SAP S4 HANA and thereby strengthening our digital core.
In this role you are accountable for zero Source-to-Pay business disruption at cutover and responsible for driving adoption of aligned STP S4 solutions for Raw/Pack and EM.

How you will contribute
Project Governance
- Coordinate project reporting for the AMEA STP workstream
- Document regional functional requirements and data conversion design
Design Validation
- Participate in fit-gap analyses on global STP S4 template to ensure needs are met
- Raise regional recommendations where identified in the direct spend area
Data Quality Assurance
- Manage overall STP business cutover tasks
- Coordinate with SMEs and business users on overall data cleansing and validation for all migration phases
- Oversee business testing from script localization to execution and issue resolution for direct spend areas
Change Management
- Coordinate execution of the workstream's overall change management plan, including communication
- Localize and deliver overall user training program (including BPOs)
- Establish Key User Networks in the direct spend area
What you will bring
A desire to lead the future for our company and:
- Experience in regional Source-to-Pay ERP/B2B implementation project and change management, with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Experience as a regional Procurement business analyst, with a demonstrated capacity to manage large amounts of data
- Experience as a transactional buyer or Buy-to-Pay key user with functional knowledge of direct material Source-to-Contract and planning processes

Education / Certifications:
- 10-15 years' experience in Procurement or Materials Planning functions
- Operational experience with SAP ERP systems is a plus
- Project or Change management certification is a plus
