Position: Sales Enablement Consultant

Location: Pune 

Experience: 3-9 years

We are a global management consulting and technology dedicated to the financial services industry. Our professions combine innovative thinking with unrivalled industry knowledge to offer our clients consulting expertise, complex technology and package integration, transformation delivery and managed services, to move their organization forward. Through our collaboration and efficient approach, we help our clients successfully innovate, increase revenue, manage risk and regulatory change, reduce costs, and enhance controls. We specialize primarily in banking, capital markets, wealth and investment management, finance, risk & compliance, and insurance. We also have an energy consulting practice in the US. We serve our clients from offices in leading financial centers across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Sales Enablement Team at Capco is focused on business development activities in India. We work on wide range of activities including participating in business deals preparations, responding to RFP/RFIs, building company credentials, Market Research, Social Media Campaigns etc.

We are looking for a dynamic and practical SET Consultant with

  1. Well versed with RFP/RFI processes and is able to assimilate solutions.
  2. Excellent in working on business presentations and is adept in business writing.
  3. Has an exposure to business operations/CRM/Sales pipeline processes.
  4. Should be able to articulate Capco India differentiating credentials, processes such as cross-skilling, L&D, Resourcing etc
  5. Proactive in taking initiatives and develop new credentials and capabilities of the organization.
  6. Good communication and comprehension skills to interact with top leadership routinely.
  7. Understands or has great interest in global banking/IT business landscape and the how the two converge together.
  8. Team leading experience
