Job Summary

The Sales Representative (Front-Line / REP Level) is responsible for driving new business
revenue by engaging prospective customers, identifying needs, and selling Welcome Wagon
products and services. This role is a high-activity, results-driven position focused on consistent
execution, strong customer experience, and achievement of individual sales goals.
Sales Representatives work closely with sales leadership and peers to improve skills, maintain
quality standards, and contribute to overall team success
What You Will Do As A Sales Executive
Sales Execution & Customer Engagement:
Conduct outbound and/or inbound sales calls to prospective customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Welcome Wagon solutions.
Clearly communicate product value and handle objections effectively.
Close sales and accurately document activity and outcomes in CRM tools.
KPI & Goal Achievement:
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
- Manage pipeline activity to ensure steady deal flow and revenue generation.
- Maintain productivity standards for calls, talk time, and conversion rates
Quality & Compliance:
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and sales best practices.
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction.
- Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance requirements
Training & Development:
- Participate in onboarding, ongoing training, and coaching sessions.
- Apply feedback to improve performance and sales effectiveness.
- Continuously build product knowledge and sales skills.
Team Collaboration:
- Contribute positively to a culture of accountability, performance, and growth.
- Share best practices and support team goals as needed
What You Will Bring As A Sales Executive
- Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of)
- 1+ year of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle objections and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfort using CRM systems and basic sales technology
- This role requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST). A Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.
- Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member
Pay Range*: INR 245,000 - 270,000 INR annually
*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
