Leads and coaches a sales team, trains employees, monitors quality and performance, reinforces accountability, resolves challenging client and employee situations, and builds a positive, high-performing culture. The role requires in-person onboarding for at least 90 days and ongoing office work two to three days weekly.
Overview
The Sales Manager inspires team members to engage and partner with potential clients in a consultative approach, understand client needs, emphasize the value of products and services, and provide solutions that solve their challenges. As a Sales Coach you will help your team reach their potential, challenge and accept ideas, and maintain fair and clear standards for their team to strive towards. Additionally, you are responsible for ongoing training, quality control, accountability to missed commitments, praise to achieving them, and creating a culture of trust that people are excited to be a part of.
This team fuels company growth by turning new inquiries into confident customers and celebrating wins together (yes, we love the leader board-but we also love customers who hang around). We're looking for tech savvy, motivated self-starters with strong sales instincts, influential communication skills, and the drive to hit-and beat-sales goals, all while building trust, relationships, and the occasional "wow, that was actually a good sales experience."
This is a brand new team we are putting together in our West Jordan office. You'll onboard and train in-person, for at least the first 90 days. The first 90 days you will perform the duties of the front line employees and then be given your team. You will continue working in our office at least 2-3 days a week.
Wage
$55,000 / year + uncapped commission based on team performance (Annual target of $91,000+)

Why Work Here
You might have been a cashier somewhere and always had the highest credit card application sales numbers. It doesn't bother you when Starbucks asks what else could I get you instead of anything else. You understand the difference in how Starbucks talks and why. Most importantly, you would never ever ever ask for a No. And you find it disgusting and repulsive when you hear other people do so.
