Job Title: Sales Manager - APAC

Location: Remote/Hybrid, India (Preferred Location – Bangalore, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai)

About This Role:

Comscore is looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional selling our products and services to existing and new customers in India. In this role you'll be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with Comscore's buy and sell side stakeholders, armed with a best-in-class product suite that spans both digital and television platforms.

APAC is a key market for Comscore and we are the current market leader in digital audience measurement. With the media measurement landscape changing dramatically Comscore is poised to take its services in India to the next level and extend our footprint even further. What You’ll Do: 

  • Drive sales growth by developing strategies to retain and grow existing clients in India as well as find new clients and opportunities

  • Developing a pipeline and demonstrate success in a fast paced, high growth environment

  • Uncover and understand the business needs and challenges of the publishers, marketers, agencies and brands, and address these needs via business analysis and the recommended use of Comscore services

  • Successfully achieve predefined sales and strategic objectives for the business unit

  • Manage sales cycle for new and existing business opportunities via collaboration with internal teams such as client success, analytics, product, sales operations, data governance and partnerships

  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, client service and marketing to identify thematic client asks, and surface new opportunities to showcase client work.

  • Develop long term client relationships through regular interactions and insights. 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or quantitative field

  • Proven track record on meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in outside/front line sales capacity with ad-tech or marketing tech companies

  • Experience in digital advertising, CTV/OTT ecosystems, media analytics, and consultative sales.

  • A deep knowledge of the TV, Video and Digital advertising ecosystems, in particular audience and advertising measurement of these platforms.

  • Experience with/within a Broadcaster, Digital Publisher, Advertising Agency is a plus

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, a capability to develop your own initiatives and priorities

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships

  • A relentless work ethic and a desire to go the extra mile

  • Adaptability to deal with rapidly changing requirements of a start-up environment 

Shift:    

  • The regular hours for this position will cover a combination of business hours in the US and India – typically, 9AM-6PM IST.  Occasionally, later hours may be required for meetings with teams in other parts of the world.  Additionally, for the first 4-6 weeks of onboarding and training, US Eastern time hours (IST -9:30) may be required.
