DealChaat is the first of its kind SoLoMo platform to enable Merchants (physical store owners) with their Marketing, Advertising and Promotions on Mobile. We are a young, dynamic group, driven to empower the Merchants across India to create their own promotions on mobile and cut out the middle man. We understand the power of social networks, we understand the power of mobile and poised to make DealChaat the next revolution in Mobile Marketing. As a Sales & Marketing Manager for DealChaat you will be responsible for

1. Building a Sales support team
2. Help build the Sales & Marketing roadmap of the product for pan-India roll-out
3. Sales Operations
   a. Build and manage a crack team

   b. Create Sales targets

   c.  Manage budgets

   d.  Monitor Sales performance

4. Opening strategic accounts and partnerships

MBA / PG Diploma- Sales and Marketing

Experience required- 3 to 5 years

We are looking for a self-starter, open to the idea of learning and growing. The ideal person will have an entrepreneurial mindset and happy to work on shared risk/shared reward basis as is expected of good sales people. The potential to earn upto 300% of fixed pay.
