About the Role:
The Pune Shared Services Centre was built to drive efficiencies in Sales Operations activity and support the Americas Divisional Sales Theatre with specialized focus on SalesForce data quality, reporting and ensuring the requisite tools are provisioned. As a Sales operations analyst, this role will be an integral part in the shared service centre responsible for responding to case load and inquiries from the Sales teams it supports.
Shift Time: 5 PM to 2 AM IST
Work Location: Pune, IND
What You'll Do:
Lead data quality initiatives and governance within Salesforce.com
and related sales systems
Design and implement data quality rules, including identification of critical data elements, testing, and validation
Execute data enrichment and cleansing projects to maintain accurate customer and prospect information
Develop and document standard operating procedures for data management
Identify process inefficiencies and implement optimization solutions
Create and monitor data quality metrics through dashboards
Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain data consistency across systems
Manage vendor relationships and tools (DnB, ZoomInfo) for data enrichment
Train sales teams on data quality best practices and provide documentation
What You'll Need:
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Data Analysis, with focus on data quality and enrichment
Strong experience with Salesforce.com
and data enrichment tools (DnB, ZoomInfo, Leadspace or any other data enrichment tools)
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field

Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data
Excellence in process improvement and documentation
Outstanding communication skills - able to present technical concepts to stakeholders
Experience working with global teams in a shared service environment
