As a Sales Support Professional/Lead within our UK Intermediary Sales Support Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for all facets of sales, business development, relationship management, and retention processes to drive new client acquisition and deepen existing client relationships.
- Research trends within the distribution channel universe, staying informed of industry developments, regulatory/legal changes, and their implications for clients' portfolios.
- Assist with the preparation of client memos and other materials for strategy meetings, business reviews, and sales conferences.
- Understand current and prospective client relationships, their asset allocation preferences, and assist in client review presentations.
- Create and update client reports and deliverables, including DDQs, RFPs, pitchbooks, client presentations, and other meeting materials.
- Respond to client queries and manage client communications, including attending client calls and documenting meeting notes.
- Maintain client information in various internal databases and document sales activity for tracking and compliance purposes.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams on new product launch initiatives, client events, and market research communications.
- Execute and manage assigned BAU tasks and projects, actively driving stakeholder management by identifying potential objections/problems and resolving them.
- Take full ownership of the delivery and execution of a pipeline of sales-related tasks/activities of increasing complexity.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the sales process to better align requirements with the evolving business landscape.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Relevant industry experience and market knowledge of the sales process;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skillsets, including data analysis and understanding data flows.
- Understanding of the Asset Management business, including Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Managed Accounts, ETFs, and SMAs.
- Strong knowledge of all asset classes, including Equity, Fixed Income, Cash Liquidity, Currency, Real Estate, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office product suite (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) required.

- Ability to handle large volumes of work, prioritize appropriately, meet tight deadlines, and possess strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships across global teams, possessing a partnership mindset
- Experience working with an industry-recognized CRM platform (Salesforce) is a plus.
