• Provide administrative support for sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates
• Provide responsive support to the Sales teams by managing CRM-related queries and assisting with other ad hoc sales-related requests, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Process orders accurately and within set timelines.
• Create and manage opportunities/orders within relevant systems where required, e.g. if the sales team are not directly involved in a sale
• Support the booking process, ensuring accurate data capture and effective communication with Sales and Operations Teams
• Maintain and update the booking tracker, oversee CRM hygiene.
• Perform ad hoc data updates and changes within Salesforce
• Respond promptly and professionally to queries from internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity
