About the Team

India is growing fast and the TA team needs you!
The sales team needs a dedicated recruiter for their team.
The role will be based in Pune and will require you to be based there. Relocation allowance will be provided. Workday requires you to be in the office 50% of your time.

About You

So, what are we looking for:

  • You have some recruitment experience in sales profiles (Account Executives, Presales, Business Developers)

  • You have an extensive network in sales in India

  • Your candidate management, your screening and closing skills, your stakeholder management skills need to be exceptional

  • You're comfortable managing 10 to 15 requisitions at a time and routinely deliver 10 to 12 hires a quarter with ease
