As a Sales Technology Specialist (BMS system Estimation) here at Honeywell, you will lead the charge in managing and optimizing the technology solutions that drive our sales operations. Your role will also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.

  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and tools
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on the effective use of technology solutions
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8+ years of transferrable experience (BMS system Estimation)
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products and solutions being sold
  • Experience in managing and developing a sales team

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in (Instrumentation & Control) & Electronics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Technical certifications or advanced degree preferred
  • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Proven ability to drive results and achieve targets
  • Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide technical support to the sales team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
