Job Summary

As a Marketplace Specialist, your role will be essential to driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the architectural and building sectors—including pools, houses, granny flats, and sheds. You will be responsible for new client acquisition, client retention, and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring that Canibuild's marketplace offerings are aligned with customer needs. In this role, you will engage closely with clients to provide tailored solutions, help optimize their marketplace experience, and contribute to the overall expansion of the Canibuild marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new sales and identify potential client leads.

• Manage client relationships, ensuring customer success through upselling and cross-selling.

• Provide expert consultation on marketplace products tailored to specific build types.

• Conduct market research to align marketplace strategies with industry trends.

• Work closely with internal teams to stay up-to-date on product enhancements.

• Use data insights to support informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.

• Assist clients with seamless onboarding and ongoing marketplace integration.

• Monitor and report on marketplace performance through KPIs.

• Deliver client training and resources to enhance marketplace success.

• Create feedback loops for clients to improve marketplace offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (required).

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within a tech start-up.

• Strong understanding of the architectural and building industry.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in remote teams and handle multiple projects.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

• Ready to work in US shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
