You will partner with Solution Engineers and Architects to design and deliver scalable solutions that address real-world challenges for global enterprises.
This hands-on role blends technical expertise, analytical thinking, and customer engagement to create solutions that matter. From configuring Sitetracker modules and performing data migrations to building actionable dashboards and leading requirements sessions, you will drive measurable outcomes that shape the success of critical infrastructure projects worldwide.
This role also offers global exposure. You’ll collaborate with international teams and stakeholders, working flexible schedules to match business priorities—including UK (3 PM – 12 AM IST) and US (6 PM – 3 AM IST) shifts, with occasional rotations as required

The Skills You’ll Have:
Technical Aptitude
- Configure modules and implement automation using Salesforce flows.
- Develop and implement approval processes, validation rules, and reports.
- Perform data migration using Data Loader and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
- Understand custom metadata types and managed packages.
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with customers and internal teams throughout project delivery.
Work Management
- Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Consistently deliver quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (or ability to achieve in 6 months).
- Sitetracker Certification post-training.
Within 90 Days, You’ll:
- Achieve 85% utilization, ensuring billable efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Translate customer business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Assist in system architecture design for scalable solutions.
Within 180 Days, You’ll:
- Train others on how to use and configure the Sitetracker product.
- Manage configuration tasks across multiple projects concurrently.
- Lead customer meetings, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
Within 365 Days, You’ll:
- Lead small to medium-sized implementations end-to-end, from solution design and requirements gathering to training and go-live.
- Train new specialists on Sitetracker implementation methodologies and technical concepts.
- Make critical implementation decisions autonomously
