Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

System Administration 

  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. 

  • Maintain and customize standard and custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations. 

  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases and upgrades. 

Reporting & Dashboards 

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. 

  • Monitor data quality and implement processes for data cleansing and deduplication. 

Process Automation 

  • Build and maintain automation using Flows and DemandTools 

  • Support business process improvements through declarative tools, testing, and user support 

  • Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users across departments. 

  • Develop training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for new users. 

  • Act as the initial point of contact for Salesforce-related issues – ticket management 

Integration & App Management 

  • Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other business systems. 

  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities; configure / add new services as necessary. 

  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required 

Documentation & Compliance 

  • Maintain system documentation, including configuration changes and user guides. 

  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. 

  • Support the development of a structured, standardized, and consolidated set of services that optimally support business processes and applications 

 

  • Additional duties as assigned. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications 

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Reports, Dashboards) 

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills 

  • Experience with data management, DemandTools and CRM best practices
