The Salesforce Administrator will manage user and license management, oversee Salesforce configuration changes, and ensure data quality. Responsibilities include training users, troubleshooting performance issues, and maintaining the Salesforce system to support business growth. The candidate should have strong communication skills and be proactive in identifying improvements.
Redaptive is looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to identify areas of improvement quickly. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance and communicate, prioritize, and manage all aspects of a Salesforce project. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and take care of all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.
Job Responsibilities
- Experience analyzing and documenting requirements, processes, and/or policies Having an operational mindset with a desire to do operations.
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning (CPQ preferred).
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Experience with Sales and Marketing third-party applications (e.g. Conga, Hubspot & Clari ).
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Experience training individuals, groups, and first-time Salesforce users.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
- Ensuring our business systems are fit for purpose, operational, and support future growth. Leverage our existing systems stack to maximize and optimize the use and value derived.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce performance, data,integrations, and functionality.
- Sandbox environment management.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-4 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience
- Working knowledge of Flows is a must
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
- Data processing and reporting experience
- Basic / Intermediate Excel
- Nice to have: Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator
- Nice to have: Knowledge of project management tools like - Jira and Lucid charts
