We’re looking for Salesforce & CRM Administrator who will work within the Business Development & Marketing team and supports the administration, data integrity, and reporting governance of Salesforce CRM data used for regional growth, business development, and marketing activities across AMEAPAC.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain data quality across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities

  • Collect, cleanse, de-duplicate, and maintain contact data

  • Support accurate account hierarchies and ownership structures

  • Ensure completeness and consistency of non-financial CRM metadata (e.g. sector, application, lead source)

  • Produce standard Salesforce reports and data extracts

  • Support workflows, validation rules, and controlled system changes

  • Maintain documentation of CRM standards and processes

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • 3–6 years’ experience as a Salesforce or CRM Administrator

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and administration experience

  • High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach

  • Comfortable working within defined standards and controls

  • Bachelors degree
