We’re looking for Salesforce & CRM Administrator who will work within the Business Development & Marketing team and supports the administration, data integrity, and reporting governance of Salesforce CRM data used for regional growth, business development, and marketing activities across AMEAPAC.

What you’ll do:
Maintain data quality across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities
Collect, cleanse, de-duplicate, and maintain contact data
Support accurate account hierarchies and ownership structures
Ensure completeness and consistency of non-financial CRM metadata (e.g. sector, application, lead source)
Produce standard Salesforce reports and data extracts
Support workflows, validation rules, and controlled system changes
Maintain documentation of CRM standards and processes
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
3–6 years’ experience as a Salesforce or CRM Administrator
Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and administration experience
High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach
Comfortable working within defined standards and controls
Bachelors degree
