About the Role
As a Salesforce Consultant – Data Quality, you will be the guardian of data integrity for our high-stakes enterprise clients. This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role where you will move beyond simple data management to architecting the data foundation that enables advanced AI and complex financial reporting.
You will be responsible for the hands-on execution of data hygiene strategies, ensuring that Salesforce remains a "single source of truth" across complex, integrated ecosystems. You will leverage modern tools and methodologies to drive >90% data accuracy, directly impacting the ROI and scalability of the businesses we support.
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality Management
Manage and execute deduplication, record matching, and data cleansing processes within Salesforce using third-party tools such as DataGroomr, Plauti, or similar.
Configure and maintain data quality rules, match criteria, and merge logic to ensure accurate and consistent records.
Monitor duplicate creation trends and take proactive action to prevent data degradation.
Investigate and resolve data quality issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating remediation.
Cross-System Data Consistency
Ensure data consistency and reconciliation across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
Identify and address data mismatches, synchronisation gaps, and replication inconsistencies between systems.
Work with integration and technical teams to resolve cross-system data issues.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to data quality reporting, including dashboards and monitoring summaries on data health.
Recommend improvements to data quality processes, tooling configuration, and operational workflows.
Support the development of data quality standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a data management or operations capacity.
Hands-on experience with third-party Salesforce data quality tools such as DataGroomr, Plauti, DemandTools, or similar.
Strong expertise in deduplication, record matching, merge logic, and data cleansing within a CRM environment.
Experience with cross-system data reconciliation and troubleshooting data consistency issues across integrated platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to data investigation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Proven client and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating technical findings into business-relevant updates.
