JOB SUMMARY

Wissen Technology is hiring a Salesforce Developer with strong Agentforce expertise to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The role focuses on product development, AI-powered agent implementation, system integrations, and ongoing platform enhancement using Salesforce best practices.

EXPERIENCE, LOCATION, MODE OF WORK

Location: Pune & Mumbai
Mode of Work: Hybrid

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Salesforce Development (5-8 years hands-on enterprise implementation experience)
  

• Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL development in production environments
  

• Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern Salesforce UI development
  

• Salesforce Agentforce configuration including topics, instructions, actions, and testing
  

• Integration of Agentforce with Flows, Apex actions, and business processes
  

• Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solution development
  

• REST/SOAP API integrations with external enterprise systems
  

• Git-based version control and Salesforce deployment processes
  

Optional Skills (Good to Have)

• Salesforce Data Cloud and AI data grounding
  

• Prompt Builder and Einstein AI capabilities
  

• LLM-powered application integration
  

• Omni-Channel and Service Cloud automation
  

• Salesforce DX, DevOps Center, or CI/CD pipelines
  

• Platform Developer II or Agentforce certifications
  

Professional Attributes & Qualifications

• Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  

• Leadership: Experience mentoring junior developers and supporting technical decision-making
  

• Ownership: Ability to drive end-to-end feature ownership and deliver independently
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience
  

• Analytical problem-solving skills in Agile development environments
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
  

• Develop and configure AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce
  

• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes
  

• Implement Salesforce Flows, approval processes, validation rules, and automation solutions
  

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
  

• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization
  

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and QA teams
  

• Support deployments using Salesforce DX, change sets, and CI/CD practices
