Senior Salesforce Developer (India)

Opportunity
The Senior Salesforce Developer will serve as the technical expert responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions across all BusPatrol teams. This role emphasizes simplicity first, but requires the ability to deliver advanced, complex solutions that meet business needs. The developer will work closely with the Platform Owner and Embedded Admins to bring high-value use cases to life.
Responsibilities
Design & Development
Build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Support development across Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Revenue Cloud, and CRM.
Prioritize low-code/no-code solutions where possible; apply custom code only when necessary.
Develop critical Salesforce workflows, objects, and dynamic fields needed to capture asset information and CRM Data.
Integration & Data
Develop integrations between Salesforce and core systems (ERP, ITSM, telephony, data warehouse).
Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of integrations and customizations.
Discover and enable workflow optimization through automation and AI
Support & Collaboration
Partner with Embedded Admins to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Collaborate with Data and IT Ops teams on architecture, access, and reporting.
Contribute to documentation, change management, and technical standards.
Qualifications
5–7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integrations.
Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Service Cloud, FSL, Revenue Cloud).
Salesforce certifications required: Platform Developer I (Developer II preferred).
Strong ability to balance quick wins with sustainable, scalable solutions.
Proficiency with Salesforce Einstein, Datacloud, and Agentforce.
