Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Lightning Experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building and maintaining robust Salesforce applications, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and ensuring seamless user experiences through real-time data synchronization and intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and standard Salesforce configurations.
Implement and manage features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Cloud environments.
Configure and support Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Web/Embedded Chats, and Einstein Bots.
Design and implement integrations with external platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Maps, and others using REST, SOAP, APIGEE, BizTalk, and PEGA.
Utilize Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Push Topics for real-time data synchronization.
Apply deep knowledge of Salesforce Security & Access Control including OWD, Role Hierarchies, Account Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Sharing Sets, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, and Apex Sharing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
Create and maintain documentation, technical specifications, and solution designs.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
Strong experience with Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Chat solutions, and Einstein Bots.
Solid integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, APIGEE, BizTalk, and PEGA.
Hands-on experience with real-time data synchronization using Platform Events, CDC, and Push Topics.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Security Model including OWD, Role & Account Hierarchies, and Sharing mechanisms.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
