Salesforce Lightning Developer

Solution Offerings & Methodology Development:

• Experience and awareness of all design principles, quality principles in Salesforce across clouds.
• Good knowledge on integration and building solutions from inception to support or building solutions on already implemented Salesforce Org.
• Lead customer-driven solutions utilizing strong technical design skills and strong working relationships with internal groups.
• Effectively partner with various technology teams to define and implement elegant, scalable and sustainable technical solutions using Salesforce technologies.

Pursuit Management:

• Prepare proposals to ensure alignment with our client's requirements, quality of content, and conformance with the methods and practices of our client.
• Develop and/or review Statements of Work and other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence.
• Prepare design and solution end to end service cloud solution for global organization.
• Provide sales team support and leadership for solutions. Assist sales staff with a solutions sales client interactions, and present capabilities to client audience.
• Drive demand generation strategies for the practice with the help of sales and marketing teams

KPIs:

• Execute strategy and tactics necessary to meet Project timeline and key performance indicators (KPI)
• 100% Billable to the client projects and participate in presales engagements.
• Participate in annual business planning & budgeting for the Practice.
• Play solution architect and engagement manager roles in key projects.

Qualification

• 8+ Years of Experience with 6 years hands on technical programming experience   using a formal development methodology (Waterfall, AGILE etc…) with experience in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
• Proficient on Sales, Service cloud, Community SFDC Process & implementation
• Experience in implementing Enterprise Salesforce integration with (Soap/ REST API/ Web services/ Boomi) with other backend systems.
• Hands on Experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which should include: Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, and declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
• Experience desired in using data migration solutions (Apex Data Loader, DML)
• Experience with Salesforce.com APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Metadata)
• Experience with common JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, etc.
• Experience with web application development including CSS or HTML5.
• Experience in designing and implementing new Salesforce objects, workflow rules, custom layouts, Reports, Dashboards, and another standard Salesforce customization.
• A strong analytical approach to business process design with an emphasis on cross-functional inter-dependencies
• Good Experience on devops tools (Bit bucket/Jenkins, copado etc.) in one of his projects
• Mentor team and get the build done through team and ensure the quality of the end-to-end product delivered. Act as the primary point of contact to Perform Code Review, Code Optimization, optimize performance on APEX.
• Guide and assist the team with regression, UAT, and system integration testing.
• Good to have Salesforce Field Service Lightning knowledge.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification is a MUST.
• Salesforce Certified App Builder is MUST
• Salesforce Certified System Administrator is a MUST.
• Salesforce Lightning Component Framework Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge)
• Salesforce Lightning Experience Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge)
• Preferable to have Salesforce Architect Certificates
