SAP BASIS Consultant with expertise in SAP administration, system upgrades, transport management, security configurations, Solution Manager, and production support, backed by strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Provide SAP Basis support for Nokia’s SAP environment ranging from SAP R/3 4.6c to SAP S/4 HANA 2023 systems
- Manage Database activities for SAP Systems on Oracle, IBM DB2 LUW, HANA and SAP ASE
- Responsible for ensuring SLA for Requests, Incidents are delivered within the SLA.
- Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.
- Able to work on certificate renewal, license management, SAP GUI
- Should be able to study EWA and provide recommendations as relevant to stake holders and respective tower.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and ensure quality meets compliance requirements
- Ability to work in shifts and deliver 24*7 support
Must Have
- 3–6 years of SAP BASIS Administrator experience
- Experience with SAP databases: HANA, Oracle, DB2, and Sybase
- SAP Monitoring, Landscape & Transport Management
- SAP Kernel/Patch Management and System Upgrades
- Client Copy, System Refresh, and License Management
- SAP Router Administration
- SAP Security and SSO
- SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (Technical Monitoring, BPM, Interface Monitoring, DVM)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- DB Parameters, SSL, SNC, and advanced SSO configuration
- SAP Solution Manager configuration experience
- SoX compliance, IT Controls, and Audit support
- SAP BTP and Cloud ALM exposure
