Job Summary:
Rialtes is seeking a highly skilled SAP CPI Consultant to join our team. As an SAP HR ABAP Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP ABAP HR and integration with SuccessFactors modules to optimize our clients' HR processes and enhance their talent management capabilities. You will collaborate with clients, analyze their HR requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on various SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Succession & Development, and Compensation. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.
The Principal Application Developer's role is to design, develop and enhance software applications. This can also include translating business requirements from functional specifications into technical requirements for development, application evaluation, application configuration, application and integration testing as well as completing appropriate change management documentation.

Should have at least 2 full cycle implementations with S-EC integration project experience.

Must have at least 2 years of SAP HR integration support experience.

Having experience in creating custom CPI-SF integrations.

Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to On-Premise and Cloud instances of SAP Products

Having knowledge of standard SF-CPI integrations using standard adapters.

Experience regarding different types of Authentications methods and configuration related to it.

Experience about different types of converters and other palettes in SAP CPI

Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI (SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver

Desirable Experience with EDI integrations, API management.

Desirable Experience on AMS projects and is aware of the Service processes of AMS – Incident Mgt., Service Request Mgt., Problem Mgt., SLM

Experience regarding Exception Handling in CPI

Experience in SuccessFactors Related integrations with CPI, Integration Center and SAP API Management

Experience at Groovy scripts and Message mapping functions

Experience in creating specifications documents, identifying test scenarios and creating test scenarios and test data

Able to handle all stakeholders including vendors.
Good to have CPI-certified resource
