Responsibilities- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules in accordance with client specifications.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functionalities.
- Support end-to-end implementation of HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Conduct testing and validation of HCM configurations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM best practices and functionalities.
- Stay updated on SAP HCM trends, enhancements, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop reusable solutions for HR functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience with SAP HCM configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, and Time Management.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- SAP HCM certification is preferred.
