Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Consultant with an HR background and strong ABAP development experience to support HR-related SAP solutions within a digital transformation environment. The role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR/HCM solutions, working closely with HR stakeholders, and translating business requirements into technical specifications and developments.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs related to HR/HCM modules.
- Work closely with HR business teams to understand and translate HR process requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows in SAP HR environment.
- Support SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of existing ABAP programs.
- Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and HR system integrations.
- Prepare technical documentation and functional specifications.
- Provide technical support and resolve production issues related to HR processes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams.
- Proven experience as an SAP Technical Consultant with strong ABAP development skills.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR / HCM modules and HR business processes.
- Experience developing HR reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Knowledge of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, payroll, time management, and organizational management.
- Experience with SAP debugging, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and data migration tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
