About the role:
We’re looking for a proactive SAP Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with deep knowledge of UK Payroll to join our agile, cross-functional team.
In this key role, you'll drive the delivery of critical legislative and tax updates for SAP UK Payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance. You'll also contribute to broader consulting and enhancement projects, making a real impact on how we deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

What you’ll be doing:
As the SAP QA Engineer, you will:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Functional Consultants, and Technical Analysts, in an Agile environment
- Understanding the scope of deliverables and translating them into well-structured test strategies and plans
- Executing and documenting end-to-end test plans within client SAP environments
- Supporting both technical and functional teams throughout all stages of the testing lifecycle
- Running test plans and ensuring high-quality delivery in each release cycle
- Continuously Identifying opportunities to improve QA processes, tools, and standards
- Delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Assisting the SAP Support Team in resolving complex support cases
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring alignment with internal policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong functional background in SAP UK Payroll (Ireland payroll experience is a plus!)
- Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and documentation
- Familiarity with UK payroll tax and regulatory updates
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and collaboration
- Agile methodology experience is highly desirable.
